After booking your appointment, you’ll receive an email confirming your status. If your status is pending, we’ll notify you with any changes as soon as possible.
Once you’ve booked your first appointment, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your goals and expectations. This allows us to tailor the experience, plan what’s needed, and ensure we have plenty of time to deliver our best service without feeling rushed.
Once your booking is confirmed, the Ciao Bella! team member you requested will arrive at your door on the scheduled date and time to provide the service you’ve booked.
We kindly ask to wash your hair with shampoo and apply a suitable conditioner 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Gently detangle your hair while the conditioner is in, then rinse thoroughly. After rinsing, wrap your hair in a towel to absorb excess moisture and relax until your appointment begins.
All we require is a chair, a nearby power socket, and a clear space that allows us to move around you comfortably
